Because your home is their first teacher.
Play spaces children can see, use and help care for.
Miss Alex provides hands-on play space organizing and setup help for busy parents who need their children’s spaces to work better.
Helping families sort through what they have, organize what stays, make donation and rotation decisions, and create simple play systems children can easily navigate.
Whether you want to be part of the process or need someone to take the lead, we can start with one focused session, one room, and evolve into several spaces over time.
WHY THIS WORK
Some play rooms are full of options, but no one seems to play.
Some spaces that worked for one child need a reimagination for the second and third.
Some families experience all of their toys mixing together and slowly spreading throughout the home.
Some parents feel the space needs to change, but aren’t sure what should stay, what should go, or where everything should live.
Families experience toy overwhelm in different ways, Miss Alex is here to meet them in their unique world.
Most parents just do not have hours to reorganize and make decisions about every toy in the home.
Families and children grow and change so quickly - and the home may need a little help catching up.
WHAT WE DO
The Home Reset

Decide what to keep available, store or rotate
Organize play spaces, bedrooms and shared family spaces
Create clear play zones for art, library, building, pretend play or big movement
Make toys and materials easier for children to access and put away
Create Polaroid labels to assign toys to toy homes
Rework a space for a new baby, sibling, age, interest or stage
Source a small number of useful items when necessary
MEET THE FOUNDERAlex Pearson
A modern Fairy Poppins, Miss Alex brings a touch of magic to the everyday moments of childhood.
With a background in organizational psychology, preschool teaching, and home organizing, she transforms spaces into systems that help children feel confident, capable, and curious.
Her fairy dust: intention and deep care. She works to help families feel that their homes are more accessible, engaging and comfortable.
Because every home is different, she is learning there is no one perfect formula, as children’s interests, space and toys show tremendous variation. Her goal is to meet you where you are, collaboratively.
“Alex changed my life. My kids are more thoughtful about play and their space. Every person who visits says, ‘this is amazing.’”
