Alex Pearson is an Industrial/Organizational Psychology Practitioner (MA) with experience designing environments where people thrive, creating spaces that nurture calm, confidence, and connection.

She is known for her deep intuition and touch of magic, often described part designer, part child whisperer, and part Fairy Poppins.

Before founding Space for Children, Alex was an early childhood educator, where she deepened her understanding of play-based learning, child development, and emotional regulation.

She built classrooms where care, community, and growth were daily practice. Children practiced life: setting limits, expressing emotions, and pretending to “go to work” with old phones and keyboards. Those moments revealed how thoughtfully designed environments help children regulate, imagine, and connect— the same foundations she now brings into homes.

Space for Children creates spaces that are regulating, connecting, and purposeful— where both children and parents can be joyfully together.
